Become A Breakfast With Santa Sponsor

Finally, it’s time! Yes, we are happy to announce that our 28th Annual “Breakfast with Santa” will be on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, from 8 AM to noon at the Crown of Life Lutheran Church, 6605 Pleasant Run Road, Colleyville. This will not just be an event but an EXPERIENCE that children will CHERISH for years to come. This year, families will have an opportunity to give in the spirit of the season. Children are encouraged to bring a gift for another child and wrap that gift to put in Santa’s Sleigh. Colleyville Lions will distribute those gifts during the GRACE Christmas distribution. Christmas cards will be on hand for those who wish to send a message to those serving in the military who cannot be with their families during the holiday season.

We anticipate well over 1,000 children and adults participating in this year’s event. Last year, we raised over $34,000 with the help of generous sponsors like you. The Colleyville Lions distributed all funds to sight-related charities for vision screening, such as eyeglasses for adults and children. Those funds helped support local charities as well as other Lion-supported charities.

Additionally, we collected over 1,500 lbs. of food for the GRACE foodbank. These community distributions would not be possible without your support as a valued Sponsor.

The “Breakfast with Santa” agreement form is below. We want to finalize our sponsor list this year as soon as possible to allow time to format and distribute promotional materials. Breakfast with Santa Event Sponsor Agreement

This form is an agreement between the signor below, hereafter referred to as the “Sponsor,” and the Colleyville Lions Club of the Greater Colleyville Area (“Colleyville Lions Club”).

The Sponsor agrees to be a sponsor of the Breakfast with Santa event hosted by the Colleyville Lions Club. The event will be held at the Crown of Life Lutheran Church, 6605 Pleasant Run Rd., Colleyville, from 8 AM to Noon central time on December 2nd, 2023.
