Our speaker: Renee Townsend
Renee is an Insurance Advisor with Insurance Solutions USA. They are a local family-owned and operated insurance agency in Grapevine, TX. The agency was co-founded by Renee’s father, Jack Townsend, and her grandfather Mel Carranza. The agency has been in business for over 20 years, and Renee personally has been in business for five years. She followed in her father’s footsteps and obtained her General Lines Life, Accident, & Health Insurance license when she was 19 years old while pursuing her degree at Texas A&M University. Renee graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 2021 and immediately got involved with networking and the Grapevine community. She is a recent graduate of Leadership Grapevine, a program through the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. She was the youngest person to ever go through the program. She currently serves on the board for Grapevine Young Professionals as Co-Chair of Sponsorships and will soon transition to Chair of the Community Committee for 2023; and will be in charge of philanthropic endeavors and sponsorship opportunities. Some of her hobbies include cooking, networking, volunteering, working on puzzles, lake days with friends, and spending quality time with her family.
